The neighborhood is a semi-rural area in the southeast of Apopka. It is located south of Rock Springs and Wekiva Springs. The property is surrounded by a a forest area in its rear and neighbors to the forard and side. The adjacent home also operates a small farm on 0.5 acre as well, and the remaining homes are occupied by quiet, helpful long-term tenants. There is a Winn Dixie supermarketin walking distance, and several local restaurants including our favorite Jamaican restuarant Reggae Riddims closeby.

Guests will access the apartment using the August Lock app, which should be downloaded to your smartphone before arrival. You’ll have full access to your private studio apartment, as well as a shared laundry area and patio outside.

Welcome to our newly built studio apartment, located in the heart of Apopka, Florida. Tucked away on a peaceful 0.5-acre property, this charming retreat offers a unique blend of modern comfort and rustic charm.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious and bright studio layout featuring a comfortable bedroom area, cozy living space, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and a modern bathroom — all designed with your comfort in mind.

Step outside and enjoy the relaxed country atmosphere! Guests are welcome to explore our small hobby farm, unwind at the bonfire area, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. Though we’re nestled down a quiet dirt road, you're just minutes from major conveniences and attractions:

10 min to Wekiwa Springs State Park, 25 min to Downtown Orlando, 30+ min to Universal Studios & Disney

5 min to shops, restaurants, and local amenities in Apopka. We are near Winn Dixie, Walmart and any restaurants you desire.

Please note: While your studio is fully updated and private, we are still in the process of upgrading other areas of the property. You may see light improvements being made during your stay, but your comfort and privacy remain our top priority.

We have a bear stop by now and then, in the backyard. Guests are asked to use the front entrance for entry and exit at all times, and be mindful of nature around. There are also tortoises and lots of birds - including owls and hawks to keep your eye out for!

Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a longer stay, we look forward to welcoming you to our relaxing retreat!

You will park in the grass in front of the house and your front door. Public transportation is located on Orange Blossom Trail a few blocks away. Otherwise, a car will be needed for traversing the area.

NOTE: Our home is self-catering. There are starter paper products and laundry items. Refills may be obtained by guests from the nearby Walgreens.

Guest have the option to book Early Check in for $35, if available. Entry time between Noon and 2pm. You may also book extra cleaning services during long stays.
