Located just 300m from the main street and the beach, Silvertop Retreat is the perfect location to take advantage of all Apollo Bay has to offer. There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, cookware and utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate laundry with washer/dryer combo and open plan living and dining area. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed with a loft king single, providing flexible sleeping options for a couple or two individuals. Silvertop Retreat has a gorgeous north facing deck, capturing the sunshine all day and with beautiful views of Marriners Lookout. The serene front garden attracts local birds throughout every season. You can enjoy a cold drink while viewing the mountains and fire up the BBQ for a relaxing night in. The house also has split system heating and cooling, off street parking, and limited wifi access (10GB per day). Apollo Bay is a charming village located at the foothills of the Otways. The property is very close to the main strip of town and the beach making it very convenient and off street parking behind a closed gate allowed for car-free weekend. The garden is large and beautifully maintained. Really lovely to look out on to from the living room. The property itself is very clean and modern with brand new appliances.
