Toe nails (not ours) on the bedroom floor upon check in was very difficult to come back from. Considering the house rules were very lengthy and quite strict to see toe nails on the carpet was revolting. Great location opposite the beach and a short walk into town. Living area is very small and couches were uncomfortable. Not an issue in the warmer months but on a rainy day a comfy and normal sized couch would come in very handy. Bedrooms ok from a Comfort level and bathrooms very nice. Heating good. Interaction with property manager was good and lady was very helpful on check out. ##### David W. There was a fairly steep staircase to the main living area wich perhaps should be mentioned. We are on the wrong side of 60 & have a small oldish dog & we all found the stairs a bity "trying".
