Todo muy bien y equipado total..

Estuvimos 4 personas pasando una semana. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, cómodo. La situación es buena y tranquila.La piscina de la urbanización fenomenal. Los dueños de la casa son muy amables.

Trahi par les photos et l'annonce

La réalité est souvent trompeuse!! Nous qui sommes des habitués de la Crète. les photos publiées ne sont pas en concordance avec cette location. il n'y a qu'une chambre et non deux comme stipulé. c'est un lit superposé pour deux enfants derrière la porte d'entrée qui se trouve en partie condamnée. et cerise sur le gâteau...une salle de bain exiguë avec les toilettes à enfourcher pour accéder à la douche. la piscine nécessite une escalade pour y accéder et n'est surtout visible depuis le logement. La vue depuis l'appartement est tronquée de moitié par une habitation... et comme vendu sur l'annonce il n'y a surtout pas de snack, de restaurant et de coin enfant. Rapport qualité prix très médiocre.....!!!

Totalement satisfait...

Location correspondant en tout point à nos attentes. Michel est une personne extrêmement bienveillante, réactive dans les échanges et soucieux du bien-être de ses vacanciers. La résidence est très calme avec une magnifique piscine dont nous avons eu la jouissance quasi-privé pendant 2 semaines.Le logement est agréable avec une très belle terrasse toujours en partie ombragée avec une jolie vue sur la mer et les montagnes environnantes.La cuisine est très correctement équipée et une commode permet aux enfants de ranger leurs effets. Le logement est très propre. De plus, la location est idéalement placée pour silloner de Rethymnon à Elafonisi et rejoindre le sud de l'île en 30mns. A réserver sans hésitation... Une famille bretonne qui voyage beaucoup et visite de nombreuses locations. Celle-ci est dans notre top 10...

un peu déçus...

résidence récente, agréable avec piscine. accueil correct. l'appartement est neuf mais effectivement trop petit pour 4. Le lit des enfants est en fait dans l'entrée derrière la porte donc impossible d'ouvrir complètement la porte. La cuisine n'est pas assez équipée en ustensiles, le linge de maison est fourni mais ne comprend ni torchons ni serviettes. La chambre parentale est spacieuse et offre le seul placard de l'appartement. Salle de bain minuscule. Terrasse couverte ombragée ...sauf le matin. La grande déception : toutes les maisons ont une vue sublime sur la mer sauf cette maison car..il y en a une autre devant ! donc vue plus que partielle et bruit permanent de la climatisation des voisins.. trop dommage !

Le complexe est très bien. Belle piscine, très agréable. concernant l'appartement, un peu petit pour 4. Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine. La salle de bain est minuscule, par contre la douche est grande. Très grand balcon et très agréable. Toujours ombragé.
