"Our first room had a broken shower head. Our "upgraded" replacement room had a very nasty (yellow slimy inside the bowl) toilet that was obviously not cleaned. There was a dirty wet hand towell that looked as if it had mopped the floor folded up on the rack with the clean ones. The bathroom floor looked as if it has never seen a mop. The bedding appeared clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff needs some retraining."

"Our room was very clean. Loved the "old" Victorian decor! Bed was super comfy. Shower has 2 shower heads, fits 2 people, marble floor, and gold fixtures! Staff was friendly and nice. The pool was beautiful but we didnt swim. Also has a gorgeous bar, pool room to shoot pool - with original wood floors, all decorated in old Florida Victorian style. They do not offer complimentary water in the room but they do offer it for $8 a bottle, $5 for snacks."

"Thought I was booking a family run old hotel. Turned out no staff on site, needed app to open door, room ceiling leaked into my suitcase, broken arm on couch in lobby, porch furniture was dirty, internet went down so key app did not work, smelled moldy, etc. very disappointing."

"Very clean from top to bottom. So many things were added as an extra touch such as tea and coffee and towel towels for the beach. TV in every room such nice decor loved the front porch swings. Stephanie was so easy to communicate with."
