    Private 2nd-Tier beach house for rent, very quiet and safe location in a gated community.

    FEATURES:
    - Private beach access (5-minute walk)
    - Club House (tennis courts, pool, gym, pickleball courts, etc. 5-minute walk)
    - 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 4 sofa beds (curtains for privacy, see photos): can accommodate 10 guests.
    - Full kitchen and in-unit laundry.
    - Private wifi access
    - Plenty of parking spaces available
    - Safe bicycle and walking paths

Per St. George Island Plantation Homeowner Association (HOA) rules, fireworks are not allowed within the plantation.
Boats are kept at the house, there is no launch within the plantation. Public boat launch located at St. Bryan Patton Bridge near the main entry.
Per HOA rules, renters may not have ATVs, golf carts, motorbikes, or scooters. Electric bikes allowed with medical permission, register at Clubhouse.
