  • Come enjoy this fully restored 1935 cottage in the historic district of Apalachicola, located less than 2 blocks from charming downtown restaurants, shops, parks, and the marina. Fenced yard and deck for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Street parking for 1 vehicle. Beautiful, chef's dream kitchen perfect for cooking up that fresh catch. 15 minute drive to the pristine beaches of St. George's Island. Golf cart rental available for an additional fee. **Note this property also has a guesthouse on the premises called Oystertown Loft that is a rental as well and shares the back porch common area. When available, you can rent both spaces to accommodate larger parties.
