"Everything was great. The one thing that I was disappointed about was the beds had only a sheet on them. The drapes had holes in them and the hallway carpet was so dirty and worn. The bathroom shower head and curtain is outdated. There a 150 deposit but everything is outdated."

"15 minute wait for check-in after 10 pm. No hand towels or wash clothes in both reserved rooms. Dirty air filters, blood in bottom of fridge, dirty floors, no black out curtain, homeless live in woods surrounding property."

"Curb appeal was lacking - the exterior wood and front door need painting. Yardwork is needed on the front and back, which was overgrown. The inside was clean, except for the large stain on the couch. The tubs in both bathrooms need to be replaced ASAP. I shared more feedback with the owner, but got a generic response back so not sure if it was actually received. I would not rent this home again. "
