"Stay was good for the amount you are paying its all good but they should keep the hotel alittle more maintaned restroom curtain bars were rusty because restroom has no fan"

"Rooms definitely need attention. Our room key deactivated so I had to go back to the lobby to get it activated again luckily I made it in before they closed the lobby. I tried checking out early around 7:30am and the lobby was closed until 9 am. I was not going to miss my graduation ceremony I left in hopes that I would make it back in time to check out to avoid any extra fees. The customer service number posted on the door was useless no one answered and I couldn’t leave a message as their voicemail wasn’t set up. Won’t be stay here again! I wasn’t the only up set customer this morning."

"I did not stay in the room at all. The bed had bed bugs and i had been scratching my legs. Also, when getting into the shower, there was insects/ants. I did not feel comfortable and left the hotel immediately. I was clearly disappointed. Never staying here again!"

"We chose this hotel cause the ratings and price were what we need. I was in the hospital. Husband stayed he said it was outdated looked nothing like pictures. Shower head loose/ flimsy low pressure. Room smelled musty."

"I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. A $100 deposit was taken on my credit card with the understanding that it would be credited back, but it was never refunded automatically. I ultimately had to spend quite a bit of time following up and fighting to get the charge reversed. I understand mistakes happen, but it created an unnecessarily frustrating experience and is something I think should be addressed more clearly for future guests."
