Pros: Very effective air conditioning a real blessing when we got in from our days out in the mountains in very hot weather. Luca was friendly and helpful. EV charging just over a low wall and didn't even need to move the car to charge. Adjacent supermarket very handy (and very good). Sempre a 50 metri c'è un grande ipermercato (Gros Cidac) con gastronomia e prodotti tipici, una Farmacia e un'agenzia Unicredit. L'arredamento e le dotazioni sono moderni e completi. Al top il comfort, la pulizia e la connessione internet. Nell'area comune c'è la macchina a cialde per il caffé, detergenti, aspirapolvere e quant'altro possa occorrere. Per arrivare al centro di Aosta è sufficiente una passeggiata di 8 minuti (misurati) passando per il sottopassaggio della vicina ferrovia. Per qualunque ulteriore esigenza si può fare affidamento nella cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità di Luca, il titolare. Cons: Dovermene andare, il giorno della partenza.
