The room was a little old school but it had charm and I liked that about it! :) I had a mishap and had to book the room same day. It was affordable and the staff were very accommodating and kind :) the amenities and room were very generous

The staff was very understanding when I made a mistake in the reservation. And the room was excellent -- a wide desk of the type I like to use for work, enough light, and a very comfortable bed. I've no complaints.

We stayed during a very popular time in Hirosaki, with the cherry blossom festival in full swing. The hotel is a little too far from the station to walk with lots of luggage so we recommend going by taxi. At first they couldn't find our reservations, but everything was sorted. Comfortable hotel.

A hotel and area that has seen better days. Cramped room and bathroom. Very narrow bed. Unit bath is old and fading, with old, non-directional shower head.

Room is fine but no car park, the Hotel said that the opposite car park only 500 Yen per night but we take 2400 Yen for night. The staff spoke not clear in English. Please improve their language skill.
