Awesome place to stay and a very nice area. To note, on site parking will likely be full but they offer two other garages that are within 5 minutes of walking distance from the hotel that are safe and clean as well. Very worth it.

Stayed two nights as we were going to an event 30 mins away, unfortunately found the beds very uncomfortable and hard, spoke to reception to see if they had mattress toppers and the best they could do was a spare single duvet, (there were two of us!) we paid for the breakfast on the Saturday and it was ok, nothing amazing for price of it & I wouldn’t again, positives thought the rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly, there is a coffee machine for free coffee when ever you need one which is a nice touch, location wise for kavka Zappa it worked really well walking distance to venue

Interesting neighbourhood and a convenient location for the #1 tram which takes you into the centre in a few minutes. The room was very clean; appreciated free tea and coffee machine downstairs in the reception area. Decent breakfast, with the exception of coagulated scrambled eggs (most other hotels fail on that score too).

The room is very clean and comfortable, and staffs are all kind and friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the Antwerp central station however, there is a park next the hotel, and the river Esco is near to the hotel and give me beautiful scenely and I could be relaxed. I'd like to reccomend B&B hotel Zuid to everybody.

Overnight stopover on the way back to the UK. Served its purpose. Quiet and clean. Arrived late and left early so didn’t get to see or use any facilities. Had to park car overnight in car park about 3 mins walk away from hotel 17.5 euros

Nice and modern urban district. Staff was very friendly and check-in very easy. Parking in the garage was possible but not cheap. We had a room which could also be used by persons with disabilities. It seemed that the room wasn't cleaned before. We found a lot of dust and a shower curtain was missing, we flooded the bathroom by taking a shower. Also the bed for the toddler was not usable because a mattress was missing. Overall a good hotel with room for improvements.
