However, the overall service is average for the price you pay. Basically you paying european money for services that are a quarter of the price anywhere else in Madagascar. Breakfast is expensive and you get served barely anything. I got sick from their mango juice. Do not hire their taxi service because it is well overprice. We orgaised the taxi ourselves and spent about 30 percent of what the hotel wanted to charge. Room was spacious and clean. Was surprised to learn that A/C was only available at an additional cost of 25000 Ariary (about $5 USD), and there was no fan in the room to make the heat bearable without A/C. The room had two beds in separate sleeping spaces, but the A/C was not powerful enough to cool anything other than the bed next to it. There was an electrical panel just outside the louvered door by the bed, and some circuit on the panel beeped incessantly. It would not have been possible to sleep without earplugs. Shower was spacious and provided multiple showerhead options, but there was nowhere to hang a towel in or near the shower room. Nor was there anywhere to set a bar of soap or bottle of shampoo. The space could be made more functional with the addition of a small shelf, two wall hooks, and an A/C unit in the second sleeping room." The staff were really friendly and a couple of them spoke english so that was reallly helpful. The location is convenient. A few minute walk down to the main restaurants and bars. The walk can be a little dark, so have your camera flashlight handy. It is a really safe area, no issues at all. The only 2 issues i had were that the tv didn't work, only the menu page loaded but no channels and i tried having a hot bath, but there was no hot water. Either than that, the hotel is great. Would definitely recommend it." It takes about 15 mins before the water becomes hot. I had an eSim and the data was terrible. The hotel's wifi was not any better. My overall experience there was frustrating because no internet meant no communication because i depended on google translate. However, the room was nice and the location was good. The area is safe. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance."
