"Room was very clean, staff very helpful "

"I couldn’t even say that’s how bad the place was. The guy said that they were doing renovations and one of the rooms I was in was supposed to be renovated. But it was awful. There was holes in the wall. There was someone’s old razor in the bathroom, and an open beer bottle in the fridge that wasn’t even on. The comforter had cigarette holes in it and the comforters looked so old and dirty like they were from the 70s or 80s. Just inside in general walking to my room felt very troubling and I was kind of scared to even go to my room. Would not recommend at all. Do not go here."

"The shower in the room didn't work. The hot tub is good but a little aggressive with the bubbles. Still enjoyed it. The pool was nice. We slept well but the walls are thin we could hear exactly what the people on the otherside of the wall where saying. We turned on sleep sounds and then slept well. The gentlemen who checked us is was 10/10."

"Very clean, rooms are super nice, gym is beyond superb. Crowded area but this hotel is a fantastic value for what you get. Will stay again when I’m in Columbus."

"Check in was relatively easy. Stay was nice no problems to report, other floor guests were qreat. Only complaint is breakfast passes not included for price, but would stay again. "

"The room was pretty clean overall but some things needed more attention such as the shower curtain had a rip so it needed replaced. The bed was not the most comfortable but ok . The best things were the cleanliness and location of the motel. For the price through Expedia it was worth it but I had asked about staying a 5th night was was told $90 and at the price I would say go somewhere else. "

"We spend one night on 3rd. Floor long walk to our elevator to room, access key was not working, had to go down again, bathroom fan was running constantly & loud, room smell musty. Went down again to request another room, manager walked back upstairs to confirm my findings. He was very responsive & respectful providing the new room to us."
