"Luxury Villa Cindy" is a luxurious, modern-style villa with elegant,
decor and views of the golf course, located in the prestigious Las Salinas area of
Caleta de Fuste, just a 5-minute drive from city centre Caleta de Fuste
—an area with restaurants, bars, shops, and sandy beaches.
Inside, the villa features spacious and bright rooms with large French doors that let in plenty of sunlight.


The spacious kitchen is perfect for breakfast with the whole family or a group of friends, and is fully
equipped with everything you need for cooking, making you feel right at home.
The living room features a large L-shaped sofa where you can sit back and enjoy your favourite TV shows and films on the Smart TV with international channels.
The villa also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for travellers and remote workers.
The living room and kitchen area are connected to the bedrooms by a spacious, bright patio. In the centre of the patio is a hot tub
where you can relax and enjoy the view of the pool and golf course after exploring the island.

There are three spacious bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the
living room that can accommodate two people.
The first bedroom suite features a private bathroom and views of the pool and golf course.
All rooms have large French doors leading to the garden and pool. Additionally,
the windows are equipped with shutters that allow you to stay cool during
the day and, at night, let you sleep with the window open while staying secure.
The living room opens directly onto the glass-enclosed terrace, which features a barbecue and
a table with a sofa—a comfortable spot to sit with the whole family or a group of friends and cook food over the fire.

The terrace and patio provide direct access to the pool and sun loungers, where
you can swim in the saltwater during the day or in the evening, sunbathe, and enjoy
the view of the golf course and the panorama of Monte Castillo.
The villa has no stairs and is therefore suitable for children, seniors, and people with limited mobility.
