    This stunning penthouse of 80 m² and a lot of luminosity is accessed by lift, it has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. It also has two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV and high quality Wi-Fi. Outside there is a 20 m² terrace with artificial grass, from where you can enjoy magnificent sea views, the golf course and the mountains..... where the sunrise will be an unforgettable memory. On the terrace and up the spiral staircase there is a small solarium with two sunbeds so that you can enjoy your stay privately.

    The communal areas of this fantastic complex are quite spacious and have a communal swimming pool, children's playground and garage in the building.

    A short distance from the complex is the promenade that leads to the area of Caleta de Fuste and just 5 minutes walk from restaurants, cinema, shops, the two golf courses in the north and most importantly THE BEACH.
