Owner is aware and will charge full amount despite damaged property We stayed for one night after which we found cockroaches in the bathrooms and all over our pantry foods. Contacted owner and let him know our food had to be thrown away and we could not stay there with bugs. He said it was fine, and we should cancel the reservation with Vrbo, he then contacted VRBO himself and refused to release the reservation with them. We as guest are not able to cancel an active reservation and we let him know this to which he continued to refuse to cancel day after day until we were charged the full reservation.
