No running water

THERE IS NO RUNNING WATER DURING THE DAY! This place is a dump. When we discovered the lack of running water, we asked the lady at the desk, who shrugged and said "we have no water during the day but we have it at night" and that was it. Even hostels have running water. The sheets didn't fit the bed and we were sleeping on nasty old mattresses. I called hotels.com when we got home, and they told me that although they called the hotel and freely admitted that the hotel confirmed the lack of water, they were not going to refund us. I asked if there was an email i could send and they said there is no email address for hotels.com. Horrible hotel, and horrible service on the part of hotels.com. This place should NOT be on their site.

Friendly hosts, WiFi and hot baths

Very basic, but clean rooms with friendly service and enough hot water. Upstairs deck isn't anything too special, but pleasant Street level patio and it's located not far from Central Plaza. Plenty of nearby cafes, food options.

The place was nice,quiet and in a central location........staff was ok,there is just a woman from morning to evening,every day.Rooms are big mainly with 2 doubke beds,tv and fridge.You have a little patio upstairs where you can overlook the city.
