Here, light flows in abundance, and you can enjoy two balconies, one facing west and the other east. Both balconies measure six sqm. Every room in the apartment has access to one of the balconies. The hallway is spacious and serves as the central hub of the apartment. The living room is bright and tastefully decorated with colours and shapes. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 cm, while the second bedroom has two single beds, each measuring 80 cm. These beds can be pushed together if desired. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and has a large refrigerator and a table accommodating 4-6 people. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, sink, and washing machine. The separate toilet is located right next to it. Air Condition in master bedroom and in living room. The apartment is centrally located near the area's restaurants, shops, bakeries, and markets. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Old Town, where you can indulge in numerous restaurants and bars. All three public beaches in Antibes are within a 10-15 minute walking distance. The train station, providing access to all destinations along the Riviera, is only a 10-minute walk away. A bus stop is outside the building, allowing you to take a bus to Cannes.
