The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 21 m² air-conditioned studio with wifi for rent in Antibes, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows  
\- A living room with TV with a double bed (140x190)  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A bathroom  
\- A balcony facing the garden

The studio is located in Old Antibes, which is a pedestrian zone, making it impossible to reach the studio by car. The Q-Park car parks at Port Vauban and La Poste are just 3-5 minutes away.
