Cocoonr agency offers this charming 19 m² air-conditioned studio apartment with Wi-Fi for rent in Antibes, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.   
  
The accommodation is composed as follows  
\- A living room with TV and a double bed (140 x 200 cm)  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.  
\- A bathroom  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in old Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

The apartment is located in old Antibes, which is a pedestrian zone, making it impossible to reach by car. The Q-Park parking lots at Port Vauban and La Poste are 3-5 minutes away.
