This nice and comfortable 70 sq. m apartment, located on the 6th and last floor (with lift), includes : \-a big and furnished terrace, \-a charming living room, \-a bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm), \-a bedroom with 2 single beds (that can make a double bed) \-a perfectly-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), \-a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, \-vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment, hair dryer, \-TV, WiFi and air conditioning.
