location okay, apartment very dirty

Location is good, but the apartment was very dirty. We had to clean first, after we all got black socks and feet from walking on the floor. There is also a lot of stuff in every cabinet. Almost no space to put and hang our clothes. In every cabinet and behind every door you open its full with old stuff. Glasses, plates are dirty and old, you cant see through the glasses. The owners are friendly, but its time to clean, throw out a lot of old stuff and buy some new glasses, plates and more.

Ett boende med mycket bra läge nära Antibes och Juan Les Pins. Närs bagare och stränder. Området rymmer fin pool i lugn miljö. Lägenheten har bristfällig belysning i samtliga rum. Säng komfort mindre god. Fin terrass. Inget Wi-fi. Dålig mobil täckning.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage strandnah und auch zentrumsnah gelegen. Ausstattung der Küche mit Tiefkühltruhe, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine war sehr ansprechend. Ein Elektrogrill vor Ort war leider nicht vorhanden. Insbesondere möchten wir die freundliche, sehr schnelle und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise erwähnen.Es war trotz fehlender Sprachkenntnisse unsererseits kein Problem via Telefon die Übergabe binnen Minuten zu vereinbaren/durchzuführen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Mängel aufgrund Bauarbeiten

Der Platz ist super nah zum Strand, Antibes ist herrlich und der Strand dort bietet Schatten. Die Größe der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Größe Große Garderobe und Haken im Flur wären günstig, Platz für Schuhe, größerer Wäschetrockner für die Terrasse. Die Bettdecken hatten ekelhaften Flecken und nur einteilige Leintücher statt Bezüge, Decken haben Federn verloren, Wohnung war bei Ankunft länger nicht gelüftet und wir konnten im Schlafzimmer überhaupt nicht lüften, aufgrund der Malerarbeiten. Für das Sofa und Sessel würde ich Bezüge geben, so werden sie geschont und der Urlauber hat einen frischen Bezug. Geschirr vor Ankunft sollte nochmals geprüft und gespült werden, leiber weniger Sachen, dafü sauber und übersichtlich. Herdschalter waren defekt. Ein Schrank mit übrigen, angefangenen Lebensmitteln. War eklig. Muss man entrümpeln, prüfen. Grundsätzich ist es gut, wenn Grundsachen da sind, aber in einem annehmbaren Zustand. Grundsätzlich sollte in Fereinwohnungen viel Geld für das Saubermachen bezahlt werden: dafür hat man eine saubere Wohnung. Kaputtes Geschirr ausmisten. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher. Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad für Toilettenbeutel und Handtücher schaffen. Boden war bei Ankunft sehr stabig. Saubermachen anders terminieren.

Très bon emplacement, appartement fonctionnel

Accueil très sympathique. Bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage, de la vieille ville et du centre ville. La résidence était en travaux mais nous avions été prévenus donc pas de soucis. Par contre la piscine n'était pas disponible car en travaux aussi. C'est un peu dommage car les enfants voulaient absolument une piscine. Au final cela ne nous a pas trop manqué, la plage étant toute proche et les visites de la région ont bien occupé les journées.

Jolie maison

Appartement très joli et bien placé. La plage est à côté et pas mal de services (boulangerie, supermarché, restaurants). Très calme et facile accès à la maison.
