Bonne literie, matelas large. Climatisation très appréciable lors des journées très chaudes. Résidence récente, sécurisée avec ascenseur et parking privé. Propriété très bien située, 5 minutes à pied de la plage, proche du centre de Juan les pins. Ménage dans l'appartement à revoir au niveau de la conciergerie, certains éléments étaient restés sales à notre arrivée. Le prix du forfait "ménage" est bien trop élevé compte tenu des prestations réalisées. Le lit n'était pas fait, un peu décevant. Le lave-vaisselle était plein à notre arrivée. La chasse d'eau fonctionne mal, le réservoir se remplit difficilement. Le lavabo était quasiment bouché. Nous avons dû réclamer un déboucheur, l'appartement n'en était pas équipé. La cafetière "filtre" était cassée à notre entrée dans les lieux, constat un peu décevant, cafetière remplacée quelques jours après par un "bodum" (moins pratique). Réfrigérateur déréglé à notre arrivée, thermostat à 18 degrés....étrange pour un réfrigérateur. Le fer à repasser ne repasse pas, il défroisse tout juste même réglé au maximum avec vapeur. Le planche à repasser est toute petite. Le balai et la balayette mis à disposition (dotés de tiges en plastique, et non de poils serrés) ne sont pas adaptés pour balayer les saletés notamment le sable fin.
