Newly renovated apartment, lateral sea view, 1minute from the sandy beaches of Juan les Pins, situated in the center.  
The apartment has a underground parking place. Fully equipped apartment (washing and drying machine, dish washer, and so on). Beautiful terrace with lateral sea view on the right side. Calm. 2 rooms, 1 bedroom (160/200m comfy bed) and a convertible coach. 54qm.  
  
The apartment is situated 9km from the Cannes Film Festival, all a scenic road.   
  
Nice airport is situated 17km, on the highway.
