Venant juste d’être fini d’être décoré et optimisé pour les locations. Pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes. Se composant d'une pièce principale munie d'un canapé lit (160X200) avec cuisine entièrement équipée (hotte, four, micro ondes, plaque induction, cafetière dolce gusto, plancha électrique …) et d’un salon avec un grand écran plat de 127cm. Il est possible de rajouter une rallonge sur la table de la salle à manger en pin. D’une chambre spacieuse pourvue d'un lit double (160x200) et d’une télévision et d'une seconde chambre avec un lit double (140x200) et d'une élégante salle de bain avec une grande baignoire. Wifi, bureau pour télétravail. Linge de lit et de bain compris. Une serviette de bain par personne est comprise. Vous pourrez vous détendre en terrasse ou dans le jardin privatif. Une Place de parking privé et sécurisé, résidence fermée avec portail (avec bip) et télésurveillance. Très bien équipé (WIFI Freebox) et climatisé (le "+";clim indépendante par chambre, très pratique). Lits doubles (x2) ULTRA confortables, immense télé dans le salon, et 1 autre dans une des chambres. Electroménager neuf, rien ne manque ; lave-vaisselle, four, micro-onde, plaque induction, grand Frigo avec immense congélateur en-dessous, cafetière Nespresso, etc... Lave-linge dans la belle SDB . Grande terrasse protégée sous tonnelle, accessible par l'immense baie-vitrée (avec volet roulant électrique). espace vert avec 2 bains de soleil. Parking privatif avec Bip. Plage à 10mn à pied.
