Enjoy and Stay offers you this beautiful 55m2 T3 apartment, perfectly furnished and equipped. On the 3rd floor of a luxury residence, you'll have everything you need in the immediate vicinity. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the sea.  
Featuring a beautiful modern bathroom with Italian shower, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a lovely living room with sofa bed opening onto a terrace and small balcony.   
You'll also have 2 bedrooms at your disposal: one with a double bed and a second with two double bunk beds.   
Although the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, we recommend limiting occupancy to 6 for greater comfort.   
  
Private underground parking is a real asset!  
  
For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with high-speed wifi. Bed linen and towels are provided.

You'll have private access to the entire apartment, its terrace and the parking lot.
