Le logement est lumineux, fonctionnel et confortable.  
  
L'appartement de 54 m2 se trouve au 2ème étage avec ascenseur. Il dispose de la climatisation, indispensable en été à Juan les pins.  
Sa belle terrasse donnant sur des espaces verts, vous permettra de prendre vos repas et de profiter de la douceur du soleil de l'après midi et du début de soirée...  
  
L'appartement est composé de :  
Un vaste séjour donnant accès sur une agréable terrasse et une cuisine entièrement équipée.  
2 chambres avec leurs espaces de rangements dont une accès terrasse.  
Une salle de douche supplémentaire est disponible. Un wc séparé.  
Le tout entièrement climatisé.  
Vous trouverez des places de stationnement à l'extérieur de la résidence.  
  
\## Access  
MASTERLOCK et ARRIVEE AUTONOME : Notez bien qu'en cas d'arrivée autonome (tardif et/ou sans rdv disponible) la masterlock pour récupérer les clés se trouvent devant notre agence immobilière. Il faudra d'abord venir à l'agence récupérer les clés avant de vous rendre à l'appartement. Le code sera envoyé le jour de l'arrivée.  
  
L'appartement entier sera à votre disposition.  
La piscine et le tennis de la résidence est commune aux résidents.  
  
INFORMATION MENAGE :  
Le ménage est inclus gratuitement et comprend le ménage d'après séjour ainsi que la location du linge de lit et de bain par une blanchisserie professionnelle que nous offrons également.   
Une serviette de bain par personne est comprise.   
Nous fournissons aussi des kits d'accueil pour vos premiers instants de voyage (non pour tout le séjour comme à l'hotel) à savoir : papier wc, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave-linge et vaisselle (si équipé), sac poubelle, produits pour le sol, torchon de cuisine...
