Des prestations intérieures haut de gamme pour ce fantastique logement. Il est entièrement climatisé. L'appartement est équipé de l'internet par FIBRE OPTIQUE. La superficie de l'appartement est de 82,20 m2 + 23,20 m2 de terrasses. Il est composé de : Un vaste séjour donnant accès sur une agréable terrasse et une cuisine entièrement équipée. 3 chambres spacieuses, dont 2 avec leurs propres salles de douche et bien entendu toutes avec leurs espaces rangements, dont 1 dressing pour la chambre principale. 2 des chambres ont accès aux terrasses. Une salle de douche supplémentaire est disponible. Un wc séparé. Machine à laver et sèche linge. (voir plan en fin de photos) RARE : deux garages fermés et sécurisés avec prises pour recharge véhicule électrique. Il faudra d'abord venir à l'agence récupérer les clés avant de vous rendre à l'appartement. Le code sera envoyé le jour de l'arrivée. Plages, restaurants, bars, supermarché, parking. \## Transit Le Vieil Antibes est à 5-10 min en voiture. Cannes est à 15 min. Nice à 20 min. Pour Monaco et la frontière Italienne, compter 45 min par l'autoroute. La gare ferroviaire d'Antibes se trouve à 10 min en voiture, et celle de Juan les Pins à 5 min. Von Buchen bis zur Rückzahlgung der Kaution lief alles reibungslos. Wir kamen erst in der Nacht an, auch da war da check-in kein Problem da die Schlüssel im Nachtressor abgeholt werden konnten. Das Apartment und das Haus sind sehr schön. Ein grosser Plus ist die Garage. Dia Parkplatz lage ist sehr schlecht, daher ist eine eigene Garage Goldwert. Das Appartment liegt 15-20 Geh Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Zum Antibes selbst, man sollte auf jeden Fall auf die andere Seite des Hügels gehen, der Teil der Stadt ist viel schöner als das wo der Sandstrand liegt. ##### Luka I.
