Ce studio de 20m² a été conçu pour offrir un maximum de confort dans un espace optimisé et chaleureux. En entrant, vous découvrez une pièce lumineuse où la pierre apparente se marie parfaitement avec des finitions modernes. La cuisine, fonctionnelle et élégante, dispose de tout le nécessaire pour préparer vos repas, et s’ouvre sur un coin repas convivial placé devant les grandes fenêtres.  
Le salon accueille un canapé convertible confortable et une télévision, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée à la plage ou une balade dans les ruelles animées d’Antibes. Au-dessus, la mezzanine abrite un lit double, offrant un coin nuit intimiste et original, comme suspendu au-dessus de l’espace de vie.  
La salle de bain, habillée de pierre naturelle, est équipée d’une douche à l’italienne, d’un meuble vasque raffiné et d’un miroir lumineux qui apporte une atmosphère élégante et apaisante.  
Idéalement situé, l’appartement se trouve à deux pas des plages, du port, du marché provençal et des nombreux restaurants et cafés qui font la renommée d’Antibes. C’est l’endroit parfait pour un couple, un voyageur seul ou un déplacement professionnel, alliant confort, praticité et charme méditerranéen.

MASTERLOCK et ARRIVEE AUTONOME : Notez bien qu'en cas d'arrivée autonome (tardif et/ou sans rdv disponible) la masterlock pour récupérer les clés se trouvent devant notre agence immobilière. Il faudra d'abord venir à l'agence récupérer les clés avant de vous rendre à l'appartement. Le code sera envoyé le jour de l'arrivée.  
  
L'ensemble de l'appartement est accessible pour que vous puissiez profiter pleinement de votre séjour.  
  
INFORMATION MENAGE :  
Le ménage est inclus gratuitement et comprend le ménage d'après séjour ainsi que la location du linge de lit et de bain par une blanchisserie professionnelle que nous offrons également.   
Une serviette de bain par personne est comprise.   
Nous fournissons aussi des kits d'accueil pour vos premiers instants de voyage (non pour tout le séjour comme à l'hotel) à savoir : papier wc, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave-linge et vaisselle (si équipé), sac poubelle, produits pour le sol, torchon de cuisine...  
  
ATTENTION : Nous nous réservons le droit de vous facturer une prestations de ménage si vous ne respectez pas l'appartement (poubelles sorties, vaisselle faite et rangée, respect des tissus, sols et mobiliers, respect des sanitaires...)

\## Neighborhood  
Appartement situé dans le quartier République, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre historique et des plages. Le secteur est vivant et pratique, avec de nombreux commerces, boulangeries, cafés et supermarchés à proximité immédiate.  
Vous profiterez d’un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Antibes : le marché provençal, les remparts, le port Vauban et le musée Picasso sont accessibles en quelques minutes.  
La zone République est également très bien desservie, ce qui en fait un point de départ parfait pour explorer la Côte d’Azur, que ce soit Cannes, Nice ou Juan-les-Pins.  
Vous trouverez aussi de nombreux restaurants, bars et boutiques dans les environs, de quoi profiter pleinement de votre séjour antibois.  
  
Juan les pins est à 5 min en voiture.   
Cannes est à 15-20 min.   
Nice et l'aéroport à 25 min.   
Pour Monaco et la frontière Italienne, compter 1h par l'autoroute.  
  
\## Transit  
La Poste est a 100m de l'appartement, vous pourrez stationner au parking privé Qpark " La Poste".   
Il est très difficile de vous garer dans la vieille ville, et ce parking est le plus proche.   
Important : Des forfaits stationnement vous sont proposés si vous réservez via le site internet et leurs prix sont moins chers en pré-réservation.   
La gare d'Antibes est à 10-15 min à pied en longeant le port Vauban.
