For this kind of hotel we were quite disappointed. We were staying during COVID-19 time, but condition of hotel is quite bad. This cannot and is not affected with virus outburst at all. Hotel requires full renovation to acquire the 5 starts and luxury prefix.
AC was not working in some ares of hotel in month of August, there was this horrible smell like dead fish in a room corridors, power buttons in rooms were not working, TV had more dead pixels than alive and so much more.
Food was also quite bad, although this might be affected with entire Corona situation; Staff not speaking English, but sign language, but at least they were polite and trying to help out in different situations.
What I didn't like is that people would take as many towels as they wanted and "reserve" spots by the pool or beach and would not even show during the day. It was quite hard to find spot because of these things.
On a positive side, rooms were clean and neat, minibar was always full and restocked; Internet was OK in hotel, at the pool and on the beach as well.
