The hotel reception staff were helpful. For a 2-star hotel, it was generally clean, but I am giving it a lower rating for one main reason:
First of all, regarding the daily room cleaning: we only received fresh towels and blankets during the first few days of our 10-day stay. From the fourth day onward, the housekeeping staff only folded our used towels and blankets. Even when the towels were damp, they left the same ones for us. There was even a bloodstain on the blanket from the first day, and they didn't change it until our tenth day. Because the bath towels were no longer being replaced, they started to smell bad, so I had to personally go and request fresh towels and blankets from them.
The breakfast buffet was good and included everything needed for a standard breakfast. However, it would be much better if they included fresh juices and traditional Turkish breakfast items like Sucuk or Simit, so travelers could enjoy an authentic Turkish breakfast experience.
On a positive note, the rooms were relatively clean, and the hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean, and the location was great—close to everything.
