I arrived an hour early and had no problem checking in. The staff were very helpful. The room was lovely and generally clean. However, I booked a room with a jetted tub and it could have done with a better scrub; it was leaking into the bedroom. I got up in the middle of the night and almost slipped in the puddle. Other than that, the hotel and stay was fine.

On arrival at 3am I was quickly and efficiently shown to my room which was fantastic as I was visiting for a dental appointment at 9am. The curtains in the room were hanging off their track meaning they couldnt be cloaed ajd there was a large electrical wire expoaed and hanging from the smoke alarm (the actual smoke alarm was sitting in the wardrobe) The next morning they changed my room whixh qas alot better. The breakfast inclused was very limited - sxrambled egg and boiled egg on most morning was the only warm option. It was OK foe my 3 day dental trip and handy location for Terra shopping and dental practice not to mention the cliff front patb

Disappointing

Honestly I would not stay here again. The hotel is right by 2 clubs, the rooms are not soundproof and I had to change rooms twice and still encountered problems with the next room wether it be by a broken sink or a broken shower head. The elevator did not work, and I had to carry my luggage to the fifth floor. The workers were nice but that’s about the only nice thing about the stay.

bad

Teras light didn't work for the jacuzzi so we had to ask for candles, they ordered but we had to pay them ourselfs. Room telephone didn't. Elevator and hallway strongly smelled like piss, minibar was completely empty. All in all not a good stay, bad service and broken and non functioning facilities.

Kahvaltı standart hızlı kahvaltı şeklinde daha çeşitli olabilir harici otel konum olarak çok güzel temizlik bakımından harika odalar ferah luxury oda kullandım gayet güzel odanın tek bir hoşuma gitmeyen tarafı banyoda duşakabin çok küçük çok rahatsız etti beni fakat genel anlamda hoşuma gitti çalışanlar güler yüzlü ilgililer. Otele ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyorum.

Parempi kuin odotin, yllätti positiivisesti. Henkilökunta enimmäkseen todella avuliasta. Paikan puhtaus kohtuullinen.

Hieno hotelli

Huone oli todella siisti ja hotelli myös. Huoneet oli hienosti sisustettu. Pääsimme kirjautumaan 2h ennen check-in:niä.

Deluxe Garden view oda secsek de, oda zirzemideymish. Penceresi bile olmayan odani garden view adiyla gecirmeye calishdilar. Daha sonrasinda 1-ci kat 304 no-lu odaya standarta gectik. Odada carshaflar sarardigindan resepsiyona telefon etmeye calishdik. Odada telefonda yoktu. Daha sonrasinda resepsiyona inip charshaf degishimi istedik. Sabah kahfaltısı hadsiz seviyyede yok gibi bi sheydi. Kahfalti zamani elektrik kesildi. Yarim saat sonra generator sorduk, arizali olduğunu dediler. İkinci geceyi kalmadik ve check out ettik.
