I like my stay , and I will come back again

the stay was Sweet and comfortable, all the staff was helpful, and the hotel is new ( furniture and building) the breakfast was delicious, and thanks for Noor in the reception

Very basic hotel. Difficult to get a table at breakfast , in room safe not working, asked everyday for safe to be fixed, always to busy to help, very poor! Receptionist had social media on phone full blast, so could not sit in bar area quietly.

The staff are great welcoming but the hotel is new but so many things in the room that are not finished cheaply made fixtures an fittings hard mattress cheap mattress no lights on in the pool outside at night so it’s completely dark if you want to sit out there at night paint job an wallpaper not done properly the toilets in the lobby area are disgusting

This is a new property that was opened too early - some of the parts of the building are still under construction. Most importantly, the staff did not receive adequate training to provide basic hotel customer service. For example, the receptionists tried to charge me twice for the prepaid room. The young inexperienced servers at breakfast lack basic restaurant waiting skills - mix up orders, very slow, and do not have basic communication skills. The management should invest some resources to train their inexperienced staff. Some of the positive things that stood out: - very good breakfast a la carte menu - nice interior design of rooms - good quality toiletries, including dental kits - bathrobe and slippers are available - reliable internet, TV has Netflix and other internet based apps - pool/beach towels are available - good size of the swimming pool and plenty of chairs available - most of the staff speak good English (except for the young servers waiting tables in the morning)

Klima sorunu

Odadaki klima asla soğutmuyordu. Bebekle gittiğimiz için klima çok önemliydi çünkü bebek asla uyuyamadı her tarafı pişik oldu. Gece otelden çıkıp araba klimasıyla rahatlatmaya çalıştık. Resepsiyondaki çalışana durumu söyledik ancak yapabilecekleri bir şey olmadığını söylediler en azından müsait bir odaya geçirebilirlerdi.

O hotel estava em obras, então não consegui descansar à tarde. Durante a noite, chegaram umas pessoas que faziam muito barulho, ao lado do meu quarto. O quarto não tem boa sonorização. Não aconselho para quem quer descansar. O staff era muito simpático e atencioso. Super limpo
