We booked all inclusive at the hotel and 6 days in my partners wristband came off, we went down to then restaurant to eat and the staff wouldn’t let him in without his wristband even though I told them he was with me and I had my all inclusive wristband on and that all the staff had seen him all the time and knew we were all inclusive. The staff weren’t bothered, didn’t bother to check out booking just straight refused to let him in, complained to the customer service desk and they too weren’t bothered saying we can’t do anything. I advised them that my partner wasn’t able to take advantage of the service we had signed but for but again they robbed us off!!! Really angry and really upset as we have stayed here before and no compensation or good will and no apology given!!! Won’t be staying there again!!!
