The Old Bank House | St Monans

The Old Bank House is a charming two bedroom coastal apartment right in the heart of St Monans, just moments from one of the East Neuk’s prettiest little harbours. Warm woods, nautical artwork and comfy plaid sofas give the open plan living and dining space a relaxed, homely feel, ideal for slow mornings with coffee and cosy evenings in, complete with a stove style fireplace and Smart TV.

The kitchen is well equipped for easy self catering, with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, plus a kettle, toaster and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need. Sleeping up to four guests, the main bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom features a trundle bed which can be arranged as either one single bed or pulled out to create two single beds.

If you would like the additional single bed to be set up for your stay, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare the trundle bed prior to your arrival.

You’ll also find a fresh, modern shower room, along with fast Wi Fi, central heating, a washing machine, iron and hair dryer to keep everything simple and stress free.

To the rear of the building, guests can enjoy access to a lovely shared outdoor space, used by both The Old Bank House and the upper flat. It is a pleasant spot for a quiet morning coffee, a little fresh air after a day exploring, or simply somewhere to relax between coastal adventures.

Step outside and you’re perfectly placed for harbour strolls, seafood huts and days on the Fife Coastal Path, with beautiful walks towards Elie or Anstruther right on your doorstep. A lovely base for couples or small families looking to slow down and explore the East Neuk.
