Beautiful quiet house in lovely street with incredible views from living room. Exactly what we were wanting for our stay over Hogmanay. Well-equipped and clean. Nearby shop, chippy and pub and lovely harbour in Anstruther. Short drives to other beautiful areas up and down the coast.

Cottage was lovely and a bit quirky with the living room upstairs.

Cottage was lovely and a bit quirky with the living room upstairs. Views from upstairs were great, loved watching the birds. Kitchen was very well equiped, as was the whole house. Large double bedroom and bed was so comfortable. Ensuite a bit small to manoeuvre in but otherwise good. Family bathroom and toilet excellent. House very clean. Living room upstairs is bigger than it looks in the picture on website. Enjoyed our holiday and plenty of places to eat, drink and plenty of cafes in Anstruther. Make sure you check opening hours for restaurants and cafes. Contacted owners once to get the keysafe code and Martin was very friendly and open to help whenever required.

The main plus for me was how comfortable the bed was in the main bedroom.

The main plus for me was how comfortable the bed was in the main bedroom. I managed to sleep like a log all week and felt well rested. The views from the sitting room were amazing. The property was very quirky and it was fun opening each door to find out what was behind it. It was really well equipped, more like a personal holiday home than your average holiday home. The owner was really helpful and friendly. We would go back again and would recommend this property.
