"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is excellent, perfect for a short stay, especially if you're preparing to catch a cruise. It’s conveniently situated and made our travel plans much easier. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, although a bit outdated in terms of decor. That said, it still provided everything we needed for a one-night stay. In contrast, the lobby area was modern and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, it was a nice touch and a great way to start the day. One area that could use improvement is the luggage service. The process felt a bit disorganized, as luggage wasn’t labeled with room numbers. This caused delays when retrieving our bags, which was stressful given that we were on a tight schedule to catch our cruise."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. They responded to our requests right away and made sure to greet us every time we entered the property. The pool is small, but there are nice tables outside on a patio for breakfast and working. The breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast- adequate variety and decent quality."
