Comfortable and quiet

Property and hotel grounds, pool and beach front were beautiful. Rooms were clean but basic. Only one ice machine in each building. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

My stay in Sint Maarten was nothing short of amazing. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, everything was set up perfectly, and the attention to detail really stood out. The location was ideal—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Waking up to the island breeze and scenic views every day was a highlight of the trip. The amenities were exactly as described, and everything worked smoothly. Whether it was lounging inside or stepping out to explore, the apartment provided the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Sint Maarten.

Poolside chairs and amenities were very nice, very nice view. Great location. It's the small things that didn't make it a 4 or 5 star. Staff was mediocre - front desk check in not so friendly, The wifi was terrible in room, our A/C setting didn't work and they made it our responsibility to followup with maintenance, cleaning staff didn't fill up toiletries, and even when proctively asked for later check out, said had to check the day of and then said our room was given out.

I would love to give 5 stars, the resort was nice, clean for the most part and food was good except for at The Mix, which we had to pay an extra $45 per person for as it was not included in our AI package. The resort as a whole was very short staffed which caused all staff to be over worked and most not so friendly. Most staff members never smiled when approached whether it be at checkin or front desk in general, or at all restaurants and bars. There were a few exceptions where certain staff members were very friendly and always took care of us and that was only a few at the Pure Ocean restaurant.
