that is the cottage the little boudoir.  
Detached house of 40 m² duplex with a capacity of 4 people, ideal for families (possibility to add a cot).  
For your comfort the cottage is equipped with a reversible air conditioning.

\- The equipped kitchen area, a table and 4 chairs.

you will have a private area with garden furniture.  
The cottage is located on a walled garden of 1200 m² shared with the owners, with children's games (hut, slide, trampoline, swing).  
  
Ideally located to visit the Paris region and its surroundings,  
while enjoying the serenity of the Seine and Marne.  
\- 17 minutes from Disneyland and shopping center Val d'Europe valley shopping village.  
\- Located on the edge of marl 1 km from the Jablines leisure base / annet open all year. Many activities are proposed (sandy beach, catamaran, wakeboard, kayak, horse riding ...).
