"My friends and Ioved staying here. When we came it was hotter than normal but luckily each room had fans for us to use. We loved the location but it does get a little loud in the mornings once the area gets busy, but we knew that would be the case! "

"This house was very charming. You really have to see it in person as the pictures don't convey the fun nature of the house. It is right beside a little stream with a bench right across from the house. It had lots of space and was very comfortable for our group of 7\. The kitchen has a nice large fridge, dishwasher, and is stocked with dishes and pots and pans. "We were in Paris for the first time visiting before the Olympics. We traveled in a large group consisting of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children. The house is large, private, and comfortable. The bathrooms are upgraded and spacious. It has a washer and dryer which is a plus when staying for a longer time. The owner was very kind and even arranged a cab ride for us to the airport. "We loved this spot! My husband and I spent my birthday here and it was such a beautiful view in our room! We faced the Eiffel Tower. My only criticism is the rooftop bar is not worth it. Super crowded and you have to pay for VIP access to have a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Not worth the price at all. Also check in was at 2 and we arrived early there is no early check in so beware for that and plan ahead. Overall beautiful property and I would 100% come again "

"Elevator should not require the use of your keycard when going down to the lobby. Bed tucked against the wall makes it difficult for the sleeper against the window to get off the bed without disturbing the other. IPad should have internet access to look up local restaurants, etc. Why limit the technology to lights, curtains and tv? IPad needs a case for easy handling and safety. Shower door is too close to sink making it difficult for 2 people to get ready at yge same time. Luggage area is supposed to be put in the drawer under bed? What if you have 2 guests? Cramped rooms for 2 guests. Also, toilet is the shower as well. No privacy if someone needs to shower while someone is sitting on the toilet!? I'd attach photos however this survey limits the size of the photo?"

"I rate the stay poor, simply because the rooms AC was not functional, the room smelted musty and was not properly cleaned or maintained. The breakfast was really poor. However the staff were excellent and super friendly and helpful. Especially the shuttle was very convenient."

"I recently stayed at an H4 Wyndham hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While I understand that occasional issues can happen during any stay, what really matters is how the staff handles them—and here, the reception team failed completely. During my stay, I experienced problems like the AC being far too hot and even a temporary lack of water. These things, while inconvenient, could have been manageable if handled professionally. Instead, the reception service was the worst part of my stay. I lost a significant amount of time waiting in long queues at reception, only to receive little to no help once I got there. One of the reception staff members (no one wears name tags, which already says a lot about accountability) was particularly rude and unhelpful. The team repeatedly made promises—such as fixing issues or calling me back—but never followed through. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between departments and an overall lack of willingness to assist guests. Calls to reception often went unanswered and when I did manage to speak to someone, nothing was resolved. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor level of customer service alone."

"This is a fabulous place to stay. It is a quaint hotel on a small, quiet street. The rooms are cleaned daily with new sheets and towels. I love all of the decoration. It is eclectic just like me. The staff are all wonderful. Christophe keeps everything perfect. Also, the breakfast is amazing! you'll have to see it for yourself. I am returning next year for another 2 weeks in Paris. I will be staying, of course, at the Hotel de Roubaix!"
