Ce studio moderne et meublé offre une kitchenette équipée, salle de douche privative, TV, wifi rapide et espace bureau. Check-in 100% autonome avec codes sécurisés. Tout est accessible à pied : Monoprix, cinéma, boutiques et restaurants. Genève est à seulement 20 minutes en train, idéal pour affaires ou escapade citadine.

Studio confortable et moderne de 25 m², idéal pour une ou deux personnes.  
Il comprend un lit double queen size, une kitchenette équipée (plaques, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle…), un coin repas, un bureau et une salle de douche privative avec WC.  
Le logement dispose d’une TV et du Wi-Fi haut débit.  
Linge de lit et serviettes fournis.  
Un logement agréable au cœur d’Annemasse, à deux pas des commerces et de Genève.  
  
Guest Access:  
Accès autonome et sécurisé via deux portes à code (métallique puis en verre).
