  • 1930's Single family home on adorable cul-de-sac downtown Annapolis with off-street parking! Located off West Street in downtown's Arts District, we are conveniently located in walking distance to City Dock, USNA, Navy Stadium, or to the many restaurants and shops Annapolis has to offer. Private driveway so parking is never a problem. Great fenced in backyard and patio for entertaining! 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with additional sleeping options in the finished basement (queen murphy bed) and a pull out sofa in the living room (queen). This home checks all the boxes for a memorable stay in Annapolis.
