We had a very nice time, the apartment is cosy, good for family of 4, the town is beautiful. There is so much to do in the surrounding area. We would stay here again.

Tolle Unterkunft und super Lage

Liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung, für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern perfekt durch das ausziehbare Bett. Wohnküche mit allem was man so braucht, genug Platz damit die Kinder auch Mal spielen können. Wir hatten ein Problem im Bad, wo das Wasser nicht richtig ablief, wieder direkt behoben. Alle Geschäfte der Innenstadt und der Weihnachtsmarkt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, wir hatten auch kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden, zur Not tut es der Kätplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Lage top - Wohnung naja

Die Ferienwohnung versucht, durch dekorative Einrichtung zu gefallen. Mit der Gasflasche für den Gasherd in der Küche kommt aber eher Campingfeeling auf. Auch fehlt eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit, um mal die Beine hochzulegen (außer man ist nur 1,40 m groß). Auf den ersten Blick wirkte die Wohnung sauber, auf den zweiten fand man eine dicke Staubdecke sowie ein T-Shirt der Vormieter unter dem Bett. Auch das Haus, in dem sich die FeWo befindet, hat seine besten Tage längst hinter sich. Im Treppenhaus fehlt hier und da ein Stück Putz und man wird -trotz Rauchverbot- vom rauchenden Mieter, der dort ganz normal wohnt, begrüßt. Die Wohnungseingangstür hält mit der dünnen Plastik-Glasscheibe niemanden auf. Da hilft schon eher der rauchende Untermieter. Für 3 Übernachtungen war es noch OK aber nochmal kommen wir leider nicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, mitten in Annaberg und man ist schnell überall.

Alles Top!

Die FeWo ist sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und neu renoviert. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Kirche und über einen Teil der Stadt. Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch top. Ein Spielplatz für kleinere Kinder ist in Laufnähe (siehe Blick aus Küchenfenster). Wir waren begeistert von der schönen Wohnung und kommen irgendwann wieder.
