My family of four with two kids 9 and 5 stayed for week. Everything was very clean and exactly how the listing described. We rented a golf cart and kayaks both of which were perfect for this location. There were a few pool toys which my kids enjoyed and the pool was very nice. The house is a little older, but it is in a perfect location and it was perfect for us. It is located a block or two from Pine Street which is full of shops and restaurants. The ocean and pier are a couple blocks away. The house has a lot of room and seating in the living room and there is a screened in porch, pool and decks. My son enjoyed fishing in the canal. Pool and outdoor space is great. Indoor furniture is old and outdated. Bedding is TERRIBLE. Several had to sleep on couches or on the recliner. We left one day early because of the bad mattresses.
