The closest beach access is just around the corner at Cypress Avenue. There is no direct path to the water from the backyard. Come home from a sunny day on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico and rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. The Lady Fish is also conveniently located a short walk away from Pine Avenue's shopping area. Here you can try out the delicious local cuisines, browse through shops and much more! This was after the check in time. There was dust on all surfaces, we cleaned most. The listing showed beach access from the back of the property, so it was disappointing to find we had to walk the roads to get to the beach. We didn’t appreciate the false advertising with that. The ice maker was broken with a note to not plug in or try to use. Also, with a family of 5 staying for a week, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, I’ve never been somewhere that the guest has to buy their own toilet paper! However, I certainly wouldn't consider the home as comfortable or newly renovated. I don't want to pick the property apart, it is simply at the bottom in for the price point. The mattress in the master bedroom and the air conditioning would prevent us from recommending the property.
