The property features a large custom pool and spa as well as an expansive private yard! The open concept living space allows for plenty of space for the entire group to relax and regenerate! The main floor features two separate living areas, a large kitchen, dining room, half bath, and bedroom with a full bath. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the third level. The Hammock House features a fantastic outdoor area with pool and hot tub! The pool area has the perfect mix of sunny and shaded spaces. Enjoy outdoor dining, a lounge area with tv, and two sun loungers for soaking in the warm Florida sun! Conveniently located just off of Pine Avenue, you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Gulf beaches! We were very happy with the location and quietness, but yet, close to beaches and other sites. Our only complaint was that the water pressure was very low in the morning (around 6:00-07:30 it was unusable for toilets and showers).
