Enter the home through the kitchen and continue on to the open dining and living room. The living area has beautiful natural light that spills in through the large windows that line the back of the home. The dining table will comfortably seat 8 guests and the bar has seating for 6\. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king bed with Smart TV and the third bedroom has a unique bunkbed with a king bed on the bottom and two twin beds elevated above it. The second and third bedrooms shared access to the hallway bathroom. Lounge by the heated pool to soak in the sun or take advantage of the 35 feet of dock space to keep your personal boat during your stay. The upstairs screened balcony features a dining table for 6, built in gas grill, sink, and bar with 3 bar stools. The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the gulf beaches and easily accessible to Pine Avenue to visit shops and restaurants. 2nd Floor: Bedroom 1: King with ensuite walk-in shower w/ TV Bedroom 2: King W/ TV Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed (King on bottom and two twins on top) w/ TV Hall Bathroom: combination tub/shower. This rental was beautiful and spacious! It is in a convenient location -- close to the beach and Pine Ave. We loved that the beach was a 2-minute walk from the home and we also enjoyed both the dock/canal and the pool! The property comes with the bare minimal, so we had to go out and buy more garbage bags, laundry detergent, shampoo/body wash, etc. We had to vacuum certain areas inside the home when we first checked in, so we took a star off for cleanliness. The very short walk to the beach was a plus and this beach area is not crowded. The first thought was the pool was small but perfect for cooling off and floating around. The dock was perfect for catching fish or launching kayaks (just not at low tide). The only downside was the house right next store was being resided and insulated. So it was a little loud most of the working day but looks like it will finish soon. Wish we would have been informed this was happening but we made it work.
