Located on the coveted North End of Anna Maria Island, Rainbow Reef is a short walk to Bean Point and the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The bright kitchen eat in kitchen features a table for eight and overlooks the comfortable living room and screened patio with lounge furniture.

Three of the bedrooms are found on the main living area. Two of the bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom, one with a king bed and the other with two full beds. The final bedroom on this level includes a queen bed. The third level of the home hosts a bedroom with a king and another room with two full beds. feature a King Bed, one with an ensuite bathroom, guest rooms include a queen bed. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. Each bedroom also features a TV.

Enjoyed our stay. Had an issue with a bathroom but it was immediately addressed, great commmunication! Only thing I could recommend was a good cleaning, other than that our stay was excellent!

House was great size, bedrooms and bathrooms, for group of 6 ladies.

House does need a little TLC, broken screens around pool area, dirty looking banisters and main door lock(wasn’t always sure if had it locked) but otherwise great location for Bean Point beach. Walkable restaurants and shopping too.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a lovely family vacation with us (myself, husband, 5yo & 2yo), my mother and father in law, and my husband's sister and her family (spouse + 15yo). Great location, big house, lots of room for everyone. I wish pool was a little warmer but it did rain twice while we were there. Overall a great vacation!

Family stay on Holly St

The house is extremely well stocked in the kitchen. We were able to cook any meals we wanted ….short walk to the beach. They provide all the beach towels you need as well as any beach accessories. We did have a problem with the comfort of the mattress but the managing company dealt with it immediately.

The perfect family beach vacation!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our trip! AMI is beautiful place to have a relaxing vacation. This home was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and included many extra amenities. The renting process was simple and the owners, Eric and Helen, were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Their local contact, Charlie, greeted us with wine and snacks and checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We really hope to return again next year!

GREAT HOUSE, GREAT VACATION

My wife and our 5 kids (13yrs-3yrs) spent a week at this house in May. The house has everything you need - particularly the kitchen (they even had a much needed coffee grinder!) It is in great shape, the pool was fantastic. Really, this was a great place to stay and the owners were most helpful. The walk to the beach was only a couple of small blocks and the neighborhood is really picturesque. What an island! We would stay here again in a heart beat. Book it now. Really.

Just perfect!

We are just finishing up our stay in this lovely home and only wish that it could have been a longer visit. The layout was perfect for our two families to share - four adults and five children. Our kids loved the sparkling-clean pool, and we appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms - including racks for hanging wet bathing suits! The owners really have thought of everything, and the beach is spectacular. Loved being on the north end of the island this year. We adore Anna Maria and highly recommend this beautiful home. A truly perfect getaway!

Excellent Thanksgiving Week at Beach Lovers

Our extended family of 8 adults and 1 infant had a wonderful time at Beach Lovers over Thanksgiving Week. The home met all of our expectations and more. In a quiet neighborhood, it was very clean, the furnishings were wonderful, the game room and swimming pool were terrific. We loved the short walk to the Gulf and spent several afternoons playing at the beach only 3 blocks away. . Also enjoyed the collection of music CDs! The washing machine/dryer, oven, wifi and TV worked without a hitch! Beautiful kitchen. It is only a short walk/bike ride to nearby stores & restaurants. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great for a Large Family

Everyone agreed Beachlovers on Anna Maria Island was the perfect vacation spot for our family. From my 90 year old mother to my 9 month old grandson, everyone had a wonderful time. Highlights were the quiet neighbourhood, proximity to the beach and Pine St. - helped along by the 8 person golf cart we rented - highly recommended - spacious and comfortable house with everything we needed and best of all the heated pool. Our weather was sunny and in the 70s so not the hottest but we swam every day in the pool. My only suggestion is it would have been nice to know about all the baby and beach items on site, this would have saved us some rental fees, All in all it was a great spot.

Perfection!

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely home. The owners answered our questions immediately when we contacted them and their answers were accurate. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends. FYI - the best $40.00 we spent was for a beach canopy that we rented. We could all sit under it on the beach for shade, easy to put up and take down and just threw it on the beach wagon. We enjoyed the Sandbar, the Beachhouse and also ate at the Waterfront (pricey ,but it was our 50th anniversary). Anna Maria Island is heaven on earth!

Great location but needs a deep clean

The location of the property is amazing. The communication with the property manager was seamless. Answered any questions we had quickly. The house needs a DEEP cleaning overall. Handrails were black with filth, cold air returns were filthy, no broom to use, only a sweeper. The coffee pot had moldy, old coffee grinds that were solid and couldn’t be dumped out.

Lovely home!

Beautiful house. It was perfect for what we needed. We were in Anna Maria for my brothers wedding. We will definitely be going back. My 3 year old keeps saying how she misses her house in Florida. Only thing I would complain about is the area rug in the main living area needs a deep clean or needs to be thrown out. It was gross and the rest of the house was pristine. Other than that one little thing we absolutely loved it!

November Vacation

Chose the first week of November and lucked out wwwith perfect weather. House was easy to find and clean upon arrival. Family included three kids 3 and under and we were pleased there were baby gates, baby walker, high chair in addition to multiple pack and plays for sleeping. Pool area was secure because you had to go to garage door, thru game room and then into pool area. Alarm was on door to game room so we kept track of kids as the pool was a HUGE hit with the toddlers. Beach was a block or so walking distance. Water was 77 degrees but it was November.

Anna Maria Island has beautiful beaches but has been overdeveloped and is too congested. Better restaurants all have long waiting times or long lines for service. Little or no green space, no play areas for children. Splash pad would have been a fun activity but none on island

Wonderful week in a lovely spot!

We just spent a wk at Beach Lovers with various extended family members. It's a wonderful house and the pool was a great addition. The owners have provided all the beach chairs, towels, wagons and toys anyone could want. The house itself was very well-equipped. Master bathrm is a knock-out. It was great to have 2 king bedded rms. My only request would be for brighter lighting in the game room...a bit dim for nightly ping pong games. Both the owner and mgmt company were very helpful in answering our questions both before and during our stay. Anna Maria is wonderful...and this comes from people who are generally not big fans of Florida. All in all, a great wk's vacation.

Thanks for all of the things that made our stay fun and easier: cribs, baby gates, child safety alarm, kitchen and beach equipment was so well supplied. Having the pool and porch screened in was great. Welcome basket of wine was a very nice jester. Eric we left a beach tent in the garage. I think your future guests would enjoy it. Perfect Family Stay

We spent a week at Beach Lovers over the Easter break & it was absolutely perfect. We have four children of our own (ranging in age from 14 to 4) & stayed there with family who have toddler triplets, so in all 5 adults & 7 kids. We have been to AMI previously & love the north of the Island which is perfect for the kids. Beach Lovers is very well equipped & provided everything we could possible need, it feels far more like a family home rather than a stripped out vacation rental. It has everything you could possibly need from the Kitchen equipment through to the beach equipment. The heated pool, games room, beach & bikes mean't that all the kids were always entertained. We arrived after an 11 State road trip through the US and it was the perfect place to chill out for a week. Next year we are planning on ditching the road trip & just heading straight there. Could not recommend higher

This is IT!!

My family and I have rented homes in Anna Maria Island; sa we love the area. Although we haven't truly experienced a bad stay, I have never felt compelled to write a review either (it's business, right?). NO!! The experience from the beginning was a pleasureable one and only magnified from there. The pictures above fail to truly capture the beauty of this property and more importantly the homely feel as soon as you enter. The owners have thought of everything to make you feel right at home! The layout of the home invites family interaction and no matter what you are doing, you are all together. Honestly, I truly refuse to rent from anyone else, anymore!!!
