You may not even need TV at all, but rather everyone will love the show that nature puts on for you right outside your door. If you do leave this stunning home you will want to stroll on the powdery sand up to Bean Point for the most remarkable sunsets you have ever seen. The possibilities are endless from No Tan Lines, just pack your bags! ^Please keep in mind that residential elevators are advertised as a convenience only. If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be only way to access the living area of the home. PET POLICY: We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing. 2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets. Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted: Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you! Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels. Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors. The house was just like the photos - plenty of space for us all to spread out. It had everything we could have needed, the location was quiet and private and the views were breathtaking. The island itself was beautiful. Our family joked about making it an annual vacation and coming back to the house every year. We loved the home- its beautiful! Beautiful house, beautiful location! We loved being right on the beach...saw dolphins everyday, found so many starfish! Very cool! Management was very responsive- we had a few issues on the first day- ie: the pool alarm, outdoor TV, hot tub... All were fixed promptly except the hot tub. Our only compliant was the hot tub. It never heated about 90 degrees. The pool guy did come a few times to assess the situation but the problem was never solved. He said this particular heater would never get hotter than about 90 degrees as it's not a gas heater. We have rented many VRBO's ( 3 other ones on Anna Maria) with hot tubs and have always been able to heat them to 100-104 degrees. If this heater is truly working properly and will never get to at least 100 degrees, this should have been disclosed prior to renting. I had 2 "filters" checked when I started searching for a home. One was pet friendly and the other was a hot tub. We were extremely disappointed it could not be used our entire stay as it was barely warmer than the pool. Again, we loved the home (its beautiful) but were very disappointed in how the hot tub situation was handled. If you don't care about a hot tub, this is a great home!!! ##### Melanie F.
